Bright, clean and comfortable with over two hundred rooms, Plaza offers ample opportunity to find your perfect pad. Keep it simple with a standard room or go for more space and views over the city with an executive suite. At Plaza, you can unwind in our cozy bar after a busy day. We're open daily until midnight, with Happy Hour from 4 to 6 PM. Taking its name from the Volcano that famously erupted in 2010, Eyjafjallajökull is our biggest corporate space, comfortably sitting up to 80. Hekla and Katla are ideal for smaller groups or break-out sessions. All rooms are equipped with cutting-edge presentation facilities and stationery. A bar and secluded garden are also available when tired brains need a break. The venues at Plaza are located in an ideal spot in the city center of Reykjavík. The venues are both welcoming and bright with large windows and include an access to a secluded outside garden. Various food options are available with the Plaza venues. We have signed a contract with the "Vottunarstofan Tún", which is the National Operator for Green Key in Iceland. The Green Key is an international verification of environmental and sustainability criteria. With the signature we have committed to apply for the Green Key at all our nine hotels in 2025.

Cancellation policy

• Canceling within 48 hours prior to arrival a 100% of the total amount will be charged.

• Canceling within 8 weeks prior to arrival a 15% of the total amount will be charged.
• Canceling within 6 weeks prior to arrival a 50% of the total amount will be charged.
• Canceling within 4 weeks prior to arrival a 100% of the total amount will be charged.
