No, you can book as a guest. However, creating an Account lets you manage Bookings, submit reviews, and access personalized features like our AI-powered Personal Tourguide.
Simply visit www.keytoiceland.com, browse the listings, and complete your Booking online. Your reservation is made directly with the Service Provider through our platform.
Cancellations and changes
No-shows are charged the full Booking amount and are not eligible for a refund.
If an official government-issued restriction prevents you from entering Iceland due to a volcanic eruption, you are entitled to a full refund.
To cancel your booking, log in to your account on keytoiceland.com, go to My Trips, find your booking, and click Cancel booking.
If you don’t already have an account on Key to Iceland, you’ll need to create one using the same email address you used when making your booking, and then follow the steps above.
Please note that cancellation and modification policies are set by the accommodation provider and may vary.
Modifications to existing Bookings are not permitted. If changes are needed, the User must cancel the existing Booking and create a new one, subject to the applicable cancellation policy and availability.
Once you cancel a reservation with us, you should receive a confirmation email. Be sure to check both your inbox and spam/junk mail folders. If you are still waiting to receive an email within 24 hours, please contact the property to verify that your cancellation was processed.
