Key to Iceland places strong emphasis on fair commission and offers its partners a fixed 12% rate.
Key to Iceland aims to keep commissions low by working collaboratively with our partners to create added value for our customers — giving travelers more reasons to book directly through us.
Key to Iceland cares deeply about keeping business and tax revenue within Iceland, so that the value created by tourism benefits the Icelandic community. In order to be sustainable in offering fair commission we encourage our partners to offer added-value perks to guests who book through Key to Iceland. These perks help increase the property's visibility, encourage more bookings, and create memorable guest experiences — without the need to lower prices.
All selected perks will be displayed on the individual accommodation’s page on the Key to Iceland website and included in the booking confirmation emails, helping your hotel stand out.

Our partners will be notified of all bookings made through our site via the Travia system.
All hotel images, text, ameneties etc. that we publish on Key to Iceland comes from your hotel profile in Travia
Upon the check out of the customer you may send an invoice to Key to Iceland for settlement purposes. The invoice must have the commission of Key to Iceland deducted from the retrievable amount. All further instructions can be found in Travia.
